Documentary 28.9.11

Today was the last day for our documentary! We finished it this morning. Alana is going to send it away after she does a few adjustments. We worked really hard on this documentary. It took us 2 days to finish! It is all about Southland Icons. I am proud of what we have done.

Crikey you and your group were on fire today! It seemed like you were flat tack editing all day! One more day to put the finishing touches on your documentary...do you think you will get everything completed?! I'm so excited to see how they all turn out, I'm sure they are going to be fabulous! Good luck for the final week of working on your film.

Talent Development 14.9.11

Today we went to the Invercargill Water Tower and the Museum for our Documentary. I was not in most of it because I did the Mayor Tim interview.

We went to the Water Tower first and got different views of the Water Tower. Then we went to the Museum. We got a picture on Henry the Tuatara. Then we went inside to shoot our documentary! We got to hold a Tuatara.

Next off to the art gallery! We saw glowing stars. Then we got to get in Worlds Fastest Indian motorbike.

Chess 7.09.11

Today at Enrich I played Anna at chess. I was white. We were there for a long long time. I had a king and 2 pawns left. I got right to the end of the board and I got my Queen back. I bet her. At the end I had my Queen, 1 bishop and my King. It was super fun!
